Has anyone in the group tried to use a Sony AN-LP1 active antenna with a
Sangean ATS 818? I know they work quite well with the Sony 7600g/gr and the 2010 portables, but not sure how they perform with the Sangeans. |

The Sony AN- LP-1 is a Very Good SWL Antenna for Travellers and persons who can not put up any kind of SWL Antenna. I have used the Sony AN-LP1 with he following Radios: - Sony ICF-2010 - Panasonic RF-2900 - Panasonic RF-2600 - Panasonic RF-4900 - Sangean ATS-909 / RadioShack DX-398 - Drake SW-1 - GE World Monitor #7-2990A - Grundig Yacht Boy 500 - Grundig S350 Super Radio / Tecsun BCL-2000 - Grundig Yacht Boy 400 PE - Grundig Satellit 800 Millennium - Yaesu FRG-7700 - Kenwood R-5000 - Icom IC-R75 With all of the above radios the Sony AN-LP1 worked very well. iane ~ RHF .. .. = = = "Mike W." = = = wrote in message ...
