Hmm. I don't really know. Stock 909's use the stereo mini-plug to connect
the combination SW/FM antenna, and all the "Super" mod does with that
wiring is give you a durable RCA jack to the same circuit placed on the
upper right-hand part of the back of the radio.

I do indeed. I was under the impression that the removal of the external
antenna was for using the whip, but if that's not a factor, then yes, disregard
my post.

Guess it'll be a dead issue till I walk into Rat Shack with a spool of wire and
start rummaging through the boxes. :-)
