Default FOR THE RECORD

Good will always be attacked by evil. I am good therefore I am attacked.
I have been attacked behind the scenes many times over the past few
years. each time the person has cut off my access to this newsgroup.
each of the previous times I lost access through google posting. each
time was FRAUDULENT. the truth was twisted and I had done nothing wrong.
Now I am being attacked through my new account at Comcast. This is where
I stand and fight.

I am being accused of running a business and posting business ads. FOR
THE RECORD,,, THIS IS NOT TRUE. I am a hobbyist that buys something and
sells it if I don't like it. that is not a business. If I have to buy
twenty of something to get it and I only need 5 then I have to sell the
rest. Other people sell things all the time on this group, that does not
make them a business. If I offer to pay the shipping on a radio, does
that make me a business ? I think NOT.

I repeat for all and comcast to hear, I am not a business.

To Comcast,

Mike Maghakian is not running a business. The shortwave hobby is comprised of
many individuals who constantly collect radios. This newsgroup has long had
posts from radio hobbyists where they are simply selling or trading old radios
for the sheer thrill of being able to acquire one more new radio to try. I
doubt that Mike is making much, if any profit, since he, like the typical
hobbyist, seems to plow his resources back into radios. Additionally, this
activity is critical to newbies in the hobby, since eBay has driven up the
prices of used receivers, making it much more expensive to acquire used
receivers.

If you have received complaints, please realize that the group is often plagued
by malcontents attempting to get each other kicked off their ISPs. A cursory
glance at the newsgroup's history in google.com should make that apparent.

Mike Maghakian is a crucial member of the newsgroup providing an important
service to the hobby.

Well said, Michael, and absolutely true.

Mike Maghakian is not running a business. If he were, he is the kind of
person that would admit it. He's simply a radio collector like the rest of
us.

I just wanted everyone to know that I will be reducing the number of
sale related posts to a minimum to where it is not so annoying to people
but my presence will still be available.

Michale Bryant is an off topic spammer who litters newsgroups with his
spam and fight with another spammer. He has no consideration for the
internet so should not be taken seriously. He is trying to protect a
fellow spammer.

Seems to me YOUR post is a little off topic for this newsgroup. Maybe
YOU should be turned in for causing trouble.
