Part of the time I used battery power and part of the time AC. Battery was
quieter, but unfortuantely the computer noise was not changed. It has to be coming from outside. I have taken the trouble to disconnect everything in the house that could generate RF and no joy sigh. I have no means of fixing that, and I have noted before that there is a

Not at all. DW is in german on 7075khz 24 hours a day. Always with announcements in german language. Transmitted power is 500KW at daytime and 250KW at nighttime in middle europe.
