Default Radio Africa International

Came across Radio Africa International on 11735 in English at 1804.
Transmitter is in Julich, Germany. An operation of the United Methodist
Church.

I was looking for Radio Tanzania-Zanzibar on 11734.1 which has been
missing in action for some time.

The parallel frequency of 13820 (listed) is blocked here by Radio Marti via
the Greenville transmitter.

It is not uncommon for two or three stations *in different parts of the
world* to be transmitting on the same freq at the same time. The key
here is that since they're broadcasting to different parts of the globe,
they're technically not interfering with each other. Of course, reality
doesn't always match up with the international radio laws.
