I was "wondering" about the radio Bro. Stair sends out for an $80
offering and started to ask if anyone was familiar with it. Then I
decided to do a search on the web myself. The following url gives a

You can get the DEGEN 1102 ( it newer brother ) on eBay for about
$55.00 if you are not in a hurry. That is what I paid for mine.

Sounds like a good deal for apparently a better radio, i.e. SSB
reception and 1 khz tuning on the 1102.
