This is a response to all the crackheads on Nim Busters and the newsgroups who
like to harass me. It's just plain to see that no one wants to debate me. ---------------------------- This is a simple (so your pea sized brain and lack of wit can grasp) solution to this debate me thing. If you are so certain you could out do me in a debate, what are you afraid of? You would win, and I would lose. Or maybe you are afraid of you might slip and give your name or call? I suppose that is a smart move, but a move of cowardice. It's always easier to throw rocks at someone, when you are behind them, not face to face? Your refusal to debate me proves to me that you are a COWARD. Now let's see, I have shown up at several hamfests, and have stayed at least 2-3 hours, just to see any of you. In fact, I always sit in a high profile area, just so you can find me. Yet to date, not a soul has come up to me. Another sign that you are cowards? I'd say so. The flames regarding my spelling, grammar, is just sidestepping the real issues at hand. You will not debate me. Perhaps we will meet someday, hopefully at a hamfest. Or maybe in a courtroom. It's your call. Lloyd Davies - Time Lord and Talk show host "On the Domestic Front" http://groups.yahoo.com/group/domesticfront/ |

OK let's have a debate.
I think the dipole is the most popular, easy-to-build antenna in use for shortwave listening today. -- Tom Sevart N2UHC Frontenac, KS http://www.geocities.com/n2uhc |

I would tend to believe that the random longwire antenna would be the most popular, and easy to build antenna... for SW or MW listening.. |

I was introduced to the Beverage by an old friend, who is very active in BCB DX'ing, in Warrenton, Oregon. He had his running for about 2 1/2 city blocks right along the drainage ditch and terminated at the far end with a ground rod and a resistor. He had, at the time, a most impressive group of QSL cards from various AMBCB stations from as far away as Chile.. and a really nice HH Scott receiver (along with some more mundane radios, like channelized Packard Bell's) that he used to pull them in. |

OK, I'll take the underdog position and say an underground antenna is the quietest type of antenna. Certainly not the easiest though, you have to dig a ditch. -- Telamon Ventura, California |
