I'm getting a very strong signal on 15120 now,
voices but not English. 2150 UTC Mar. 26, '04
References say it should be Nigeria.
Anyone know what it is.

Not long after I posted I heard "amigos", "Cubano" and a snippet of
Latin music.

It's Radio Havana Cuba in Spanish, at least from this vantage point.

Indeed it is Radio Havana and it is in Spanish.
