I got moved into the new apartment. I bought a new rubber ducky for my
desktop scanner (the whip got snapped off in the preparations for moving
s). I bought a magnet mount CB radio antenna for the shortwave. It has a
PL52 connector which works well on the back of the receiver. It isn't a 300
foot longwire, but it works

I have toyed with the idea of running a wire from the cable connector to the
antenna to see how well that works ...

I need to find my log book and Passport g.

I logged an arabic speaking station on 9.575 at 03:00 presumably news

and a strong speaking signal on 9.600 at 03:10
