FCC Invites Comments on Amateur Radio Restructuring Plans

(Mar 24, 2004) --

The FCC is seeking comment on three plans--including ARRL's call for a new
beginner's license and code-free HF access--that would reshape the Amateur
Service licensing structure. Comments are due by April 24.
