The FCC is currently soliciting comments to a notice of proposed
rulemaking on broadband via power line (BPL). USA residents are invited to submit comments. To assist short-wave listeners, the North American Shortwave Association (NASWA) has posted its draft comments to its web site to allow individuals to see the ideas NASWA will be submitting. The ideas there may help you also submit comments as an individual who wants the freedom to access news and cultural programs via short-wave radio. There is strength in numbers. Use your own words. Write from a first person perspective on how BPL interference will cause you grief and how the proposed procedure will not work in your case. Here is the link to the NASWA web site. http://www.anarc.org/naswa Click on "draft of the comments we intend to submit". Thanks for any help you can contribute. |
