China Radio

China Radio Int. here in English on 9600 (Beijing) and 11790 (Urumqi) at
2100. 11790 is running slightly behind 9600.

Also seems to be on 7190 (Kashi), but is effectively blocked by Radio
Parakou in Benin.

The transmission is directed to Europe.
