I'm hearing a test transmission, apparently from VT communications on 15535
at 1930 gmt in Minnesota.

Not hearing anything here at all on 15535

I heard this yesterday for maybe half an hour. They gave a web address but I
didn't bother to visit the site and the address has escaped my memory.
