Female started message by saying "the northern lights are visible",
then went into a series of numbers, repeated 3 times. Ended with a
map coordinate, I believe, 40 degree's north and "find your way".
Anyone else hear this, and have any idea what or who it is?

I (personally) wouldn't dismiss a post based solely on that criteria,
though
others may... Even though trolls may hide their contact info, that doesn't
mean everyone who does is a troll. Some folks prefer an unlisted phone
number
(so to speak) - others aren't really concerned about it.

Neither would I JD, I have an unlisted number, I'd just rather not have anyone
call 411 or the phone book and know my number.

If they know what I do, it doesn't matter though......but it is a small step of
protection. As for usenet, I know six peole in here (this group) just off the
top of my head that know my name.

A few know my entire address and phone number, so it doesn't matter to me. Now
if someone posts a flame and it's a name I've never seen before, those are the
ones I don't like.:-I
