I need to listen in USB in order to make out that it is in Spanish. It is so weak, I thought it might have been Dubai I was hearing. Then at 18:00, I began to hear DW radio out of Wertachtal cut in and drown it out. DW is weak and messy, but it is audible and making over the noise floor. Currently news in German 11805 @ 18:10: VOA Lampertheim is my best guess. S-2 to S-3. Weak and messy. News/Talk in a Slavic language. 11815 @ 18:18: Radio Exterior out of Cariari.
