Probably the Royal Marines. They are notorious for being unable to navigate. They once landed in Spain instead of Gibraltar when on a coastal patrol. The difference is only a few yards, there are no signs saying 'you are entering Spain' nor is there a demarcating fence at the place they were practicing landing on a beach. Isn't that like saying "A little pregnant" or "The bullet *almost* missed him"? International incidents have been caused by very small pieces of real estate...it's something about territorial integrity, something Washington seems to be painfully unaware of. mike |
