NADA NADA RCB RCB RCB RCB DE WX WX WX WX What in the heck is this? All I can guess is that it's a request for weather info. Jeff Seale Louisville, KY, USA Satellit 800, YB550PE, DX440, Pro95, BC780 |

Well if RCB is the possible call sign it's from Russia. Steve Holland, MI Drake R7, R8 and R8B http://www.iserv.net/~n8kdv/dxpage.htm |

If it is indeed RCB I did some Googling and found that RCB is the call of the Western Sector Aero Station somewhere in Russia. May or may not be it.
