as i reed through a few posts in this group i see your all in parts of the
usa...can you tell me few things as i am living in the London in the uk.... what are the law,s on scanners in the usa can you freely buy and openly use one are you free to listen to anything you can receive. police / air ports and the like... hear in the uk i can own any kind of receiving equipment but i am only allowed to listen to public broadcasts like radio / TV / ham bands / cb if i was caught whith say police frequency,s programmed into my scanner / receiver. i would have all my receiving equipment confiscated and be fined... one other thing could any of you post some of your local frequencies so i could see if i could receive any of them hear in the uk... thanks: john |
