VOA station at Marathon---cause of 8 Lb rats?

The Florida Keys are home to a new breed of rats. They grow quite large. Could
the VOA's high power station at Marathon Key be the cause of genetic havoc?

The supposed source of the animals (an animal breeder, soulnds like a coverup)

BTW, I see a lot of obese humans down there too, on the beaches and in fast
