Awhile back, someone posted the information and contents of a class they
were teaching on an Introduction to Shortwave Listening. If anyone can direct me to where that info is posted I'd sure appreciate it...thanks for the help. RR |

![]() yes, I would also be interested in such a URL or resource, thanks! I would also be interested in any handouts or lists of URLs for use by new SWLing enthusiasts ;-) I am preparing a Guide to Shortwave Listening presentation for our next campus amateur radio club meeting this coming Thursday evening, and looked but didn't find on google anything close ;-( My approach is more for future amateur radio operators who also want to do SWLing, so an inexpensive SSB/CW plus AM shortwave all-band receiver is recommended ;-) (see my related notes at URL http://people.smu.edu/arc/shortwave.html ) hth bobm -- ************************************************** ********************* * Robert Monaghan POB 752182 Southern Methodist Univ. If you participate on Yahoo groups, join the Satellit 800 group. There
is a text file in the "files" section that has a good basic handout for a SW class. |
