Kerry was given a medal for shooting someone running away who was carrying a
grenade launcher that had fired at his boat. He later said that he felt like a
war criminal for that act. But, unfortunately for your side, that's not how the
military saw it.

I would'nt go as far as to call Ketchup a war criminal. A fraud, you betcha.
