USAID has distributed 10,000 shortwave radios in Cuba and 30,000 shortwave
radios in Afghanistan as part of their psyops program. I've looked all over the Web and Usenet trying to find out what brand radios these are. I've even emailed the "Procurement Ombudsman" at USAID.gov and didn't receive an answer. Does anybody here know? I just like playing around with cheap radios and am curious. Thanks, Mitch usenet at motiograph daught caum |
