Default WWRB on 90m

From Dave Frantz, WWRB, Oct. 5:

We are adding a new 3 mhz frequency. We will be using 3.270 mhz starting
at 8:00 pm eastern effective today to see how it works out ; we are
looking for a 3.200 to 3.230 mhz freq as our final freq.

Nothing there as of 0015 (8:15 PM EDT). So perhaps he's thinking of the time in
EST?

I do hear WWCR on 3210, S9 + 40.
