Default Radio Sawa, Kuwait

Picked up here in Seattle on 11675 at 0411 UTC, and it's coming in pretty
clearly. (I really need to learn SINPO.) It's being "simulcast" on the web
at

http://www.arab2.com/radiotv/live/kuwait.htm

This is my first reception from the Middle East. What can I say...I'm a
little jazzed! g

Actually I believe that is Radio Kuwait, rather than Radio Sawa.

Doh! You're right, I believe. I had Radio Sawa on the brain, since that was
my first clue for an ID.
