Default Interesting Propagation: Receiving Point Reyes, CA US Coast Guard

I don’t normally hear CAMSPAC Point Reyes, CA very loud but tonight they
were coming in quite good on 8.983 MHz USB. He was working Coast Guard
1714 (C-130 Barbers Point, CA) and Coast Guard 1716 (C-130 Sacramento,
CA). CAMSPAC gave CG1714 & CG1716 two working frequencies of 20983.6 KHz
and 24277.1 KHz. These are two new freqs for me, anyone hear comms on
these?
