Please give some detail. Who/what is the LP? What does the header refer
to? BTW, in one of your (or somebody's) post LP, I saw the frequency
11545 listed. In one of my freq lists, I found this listed as a military
frequency. Thanks.

To clarify what the message header is, it's the 5 figure group that is repeated
after the LP tune is played at the beginning of the hour.

The Poacher should be up again at 1300 on 16084, 15682 and 14487.

The message header (which changes about twice a month) should be 23017, but
always subject to change, of course.
