I had a conversation with him yesterday where I questioned his ad for a VHF convertor for the Drake
R8. He has it up there as being very rare.

I informed him that they are still manufactured and fit the R8, R8A and R8B... nothing 'very rare'
about them.

He wanted to argue saying that they were different.

I went to the trouble of calling Drake to confirm what I already knew to be true... he still wanted
to argue.

He's an idiot.

I don't get what's up with eBay. When this guy re-emerged a little
while ago under another name (?), it appeared that he was promptly
bounced. Now he's back. Also, the other "entity" had a disclaimer on
his stuff claiming -not- to be Radio-Mart, but I believe that some of
the auctions that he had in progress on Collins stuff are now Radio
Mart auctions. How obvious can you get?

Earlier this year his alter-ego, gottahaveit1995 was bidding up his own
merchandise as radio-mart. Then, "Luke" emerged as seller radiobitz11. His
"about me" blurb is still in ebay's database if you do a seller search for
radiobitz11. If you want a good laugh, read the crazed, rambling
writing....sounds like a manifesto from the unibomber. "Luke" then
disappeared. Then, gottahaveit1995 started a selling campaign.
Apparently, the merry-go-round of ID switching and eBay police evasion is at
a fast pace by the old boy.

This guy is a virtual nutcase. He most certainly must talk a very good line
of old-fashioned B.S. in that eBay allowed him to get back on....this time,
after an "extended summer vacation". Good grief.

It will be a real hoot to watch the radio-mart follies once again as the
feedback (in red negative ink), starts inevitably rolling in.

One thing to look for will be the high-dollar Collins freaks who will really
fuel the feedback wars when their "immaculate" equipment bears only smoke or
disappointment when plugged in.

Stay tuned. Out to be alot of fun!
