A few years ago I was actually carring a aircraft GPS on an airliner, and asked if I could turn it on. When the Captain discovered it was a aviation TSO'd unit, I got an invite to the flight deck, and the unit made most of the trip as an additional navigation device in the cockpit. Those days are long gone. The captain could lose his job now for letting any passenger into the cockpit area. ----== Posted via Newsfeeds.Com - Unlimited-Uncensored-Secure Usenet News==---- http://www.newsfeeds.com The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! 100,000 Newsgroups ---= East/West-Coast Server Farms - Total Privacy via Encryption =--- |
