Uninterrupted U.S. election coverage ALL DAY on 12.095 by the BBC. Is
this standard election coverage by the BBC, or is this a first in recent memory? |

I don't recall what happened in 2000, but I'm guessing this has something to do with the fairly recent obsession with the election, not only by the BBC, but the rest of the world as well. dxAce Michigan USA |

Auntie Beeb has always covered the American elections, considering how America
has sway over international politics! Until this year, they'd normally start coverage around 0000 G.M.T. election night. Remember in 2000, right before 6.135 mhz signed off, Auntie Beeb said Florida had gone to Gore, & declared him America's next President. |
