Logged a shortwave broadcast in Mandarin Chinese at 23:30 UTC last night
at a strong S7 for 30 minutes. Is this CRI? My 5 year old Passband
book doesn't list it as one of their frequencies.

Location here is East Central Florida.

China National Radio uses that frequency for Mandarin.

(It was used in the A04 season, and I would expect it to be used in the B04 as
well.)
