Default Where to get Sony SW-1S capacitor problem fixed

Any repair shops you can suggest especially in CALIF. Seems Sony no
longer repairs these according to their web site.

Thanks

Most likely (the original post(s) have scrolled off my newserver) it's a
sort-of motorboating in the audio above a very low level. There are some
small cpacitors on one of the boards that fail and replacing them fixes
this.

I know because I have a sw1s with the same problem and replacement caps on
order. If the original poster is unable to do the repair himself I'll let
him know how I get on.
