Default Looking for a program....

I once came across a program that run live over the net where you could
enter a frequency and everyone else connected would see it immediately.
It was being used by Hams. I thought it would be great for shortwave.

The idea is if you come across an active frequency you can enter the
frequency and a short description an it is then listed immediately for
everyone else to see (those who are connected).

Anyone know of a program like that?

Are you thinking software or webpage?

Here's another page for hams:

I don't know of any software that does this.
