My first reply didn't take.

What a mess (political) the BCS has turned out to be. #1 Big 10
(rewarded?) with #2 Pac 10, or even better, somehow Texas!

Better to give the people in the midwest a 'real' interesting game....
UM vs Wisconsin. It wouldn't interest anyone outside of the midwest,
but what the heck, midwesterners aren't all that interested in the
yearly Florida, Florida State, Miami matchups either.

Bring on a 'real' playoff system.
