Last night at 0415Z I heard a very strong, almost local, signal of two males
in serious conversation. It wouldn't have been so remarkable if they
weren't speaking what sounded like Korean.

I am not familiar with this frequency and was wondering if anyone knows what
its general use is for? Mississippi barge or Great Lakes sea lane traffic
perhaps? Any larger body of water from my location would make this catch at
that signal level a miracle.

Thoughts?
