Mark, $19.95 is what I paid for it in 1966, and it worked the first time I
fired it up after I built it. I was 15 at the time, and this had been my first
attempt at soldering, so I was surprised when it actually worked I. still have
the assembly manual for it, as well as the short-wave listeners guide included
with it. Needless to say, many of the stations listed in the guide, have been
shut-down for decades. It's still in good shape, but the 60 cycle hum I hear,
indicates it's due for a filter capacitor change. Good DXing to you, Gary
