Default Yosemite Sam's buzzing back?

0140, December 31 UTC in southeast Texas

I'm hearing what sounds like Yosemite Sam's buzzing/data on 6500 kHz,
and fainter on 10,500.

There are voices in an unknown language on 6500 (USB), apparently not
Sam-related.

Does it sound like Sam's noises to anybody else?
