Default WBCQ transmitter is off frequency

WBCQ is coming in better than usual this morning so I spent a little
time listening and found that they are still off frequency. Instead of
17,495 they are 17,494,760 according to my radios. They have been a
little low since I first monitored them on this frequency. I keep
expecting them to fix this but they don't.

The lower side band is also suppressed and muffled.

They also went off 18:38 to 18:40 this morning.

Not much information on their transmitters other than some pictures of
old units of some type. The 17,495 unit is called the "17,495 Timtronic
transmitter."
