For some reason or other, KATQ-1070, Plentywood, Montana at 5 kw; normally
daytime only, is still on at 0400 UTC. C&W music with slight over-modulation
and really, REALLY bad continuity. Very few ID's. Way over KNX, which is
normally dominant here in Helena.
