Received a Radio Romania International "Flock of Geese" QSL card featuring a
photo supplied by the "Romanian National Forest Authority" for a broadcast on 27 November 2004. 11710 Khz, 0630-0700 UTC in English, SINPO 23322. Received in 6 weeks via air for a postal mail report. Also received new look RRI sticker/decal featuring map of the World with Romania highlighted. Also enclosed was colour broadcast schedule and info on RRI's "Jules Verne" contest. No Reply Postage required. Receiver: Winradio WR-1000i. Antenna: VHF/UHF discone about 6 metres above ground level. Station Address Radio Romania International English Language Section P. O.
