They are currently audible here with programming in Korean (KCBS) on

9335 at
1240. English should start at 1300 on 9335 and also 11710, both

Yep, I hear them on 9335. From now on I'm using Eibi rather than
Primetime Shortwave...thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
