Indeed in English at 1800. dxAce Level S6-7 into WI (same earlier) but local Sat. afternoon hash is high. Audio sounds like a Soviet era transmitter. That female speaker has a very sweet voice. Her voice cuts through well compared to the male speaker. Thanks for the report! |
