Notes: CE Rene Tetro will be conducting an audio proof of the xmtr
after making some changes to the system. Mr. Tetro will be measuring

tests using the standard 10kw night pattern. This is not a DX test.
There will be no Morse Code ID's, and frequently there will be "dead
air". It is hoped that DX'ers will be able to hear some of the tones,
especially those in the 2-4khz range.

Tones will be transmitted at four modulation levels: 95%, 75%, 50%, and
25%. Rene has also agreed to run some limited phonetic voice ID's. These
will be a high pitched female voice, IDing the station in phonetics.

I have had to postpone tonight's WNTP
990 audio proof due to illness. The flu
decided that yesterday was a good time
to hit me, so there's no way I'm
going to be able to physically make it
in here tonight. Instead, I will
conduct the proof on Saturday morning,
3/12 from 00:00-02:00.
