Heard an ID at 2209 that sounded like KIPM... but they went into a slight fade
right at that moment.

Not the greatest reception. Running about S5-S7
in Cincy, sounding like psychadelic music.

I'm hearing it at 2216 on 6925 in Austin, TX. Some dude keeps saying
"This is Jack Black, WKIL, Killer Radio" or something like that. Signal
was an s9 but starting to fade.

Yeah, I caught what seemed to be the Jack Black part... can't tell whether it's
WKIM, WKIN or WKIL...

Got some freaky snow squalls moving through here with some apparent lightening
as well.

Yep... WKIL ID at 2224.... "Kill all the mother f**kers"

At 2251 its still s8 - s9 here in Austin with little QRN or no QRM and
the guy definitely says WKIL with either a some cheap effects on his voice
or re-playing his voice slowed down a bit. Cool music though.

Heard with Yaesu FRG-7 and a 75' wire with a tuner.

At 22:49Z I have a strong, S9 and steady, AM
carrier, with farily low modulaiton. But there is
a lot of static that sounds like lightening.
Lightening in March?
Located just south of Lexington KY.
Music being played is blues and it sounds like BB King.
