Default NASA Bent Wire Antenna

I saw the article about that antenna last year at www.boingboing.net
I don't remember everything the article said about that antenna but
apparently it is some sort of small new type of antenna.I am not the
best at looking up things at search engines are in archives.I think it
is an interesting antenna and I would like to read the article about
that antenna again and perhaps some other folks might like to read about
that antenna too.Whether or not it might be a good antenna for shortwave
radio or am radio?,, I don't know.If somebody can find the article about
that antenna? I have tried to find the article about that antenna
again,but so far,no luck yet.
