Default Hour of the Time/WBCQ

When I lived in Tampa Florida, about 3 years ago. The only sw radio I
had was a small Radio Shack DX-396.

I was unhappy because I could not find any local AM broadcast stations
that carried Coast to Coast AM. And the radio did not pick up any DX
stations on the AM broadcast band. -Their should be a word for DXing
but not for shortwave bands.

Once I did manage to pick up Coast to Coast AM on shortwave. But I lost
the FREQ. at the time. I wonder if they still broadcast on shortwave?

So I would spent the evening listening to Phil Henry. I can not seem to
get his program here in New York City. But, sometimes I can get him on
a station call 800AM or maybe it is called AM800. I am not sure where
that station is located at.

After reading Monitoring Times, I discovered different radio programs on
WBCQ. Hour of the Time, was one of them. And I loved it!

Then I discovered another radio program called The White or Right
Prospective. Whatever happened to that radio program? And is Hour of
the Time still on the air?

WFLA 970 AM in Tampa has carried Coast to Coast a long time. I live in
Lakeland, and though I'm closer to Tampa than Orlando, WFLA 540 in Orlando
comes in better at night.

Medium wave broadcast band DXing? BCB DX or MW DX.
