Radio Japan was weaker than usual and a little noisy but listen-able on
both 9,535 and 11,970 in the 17:00 to 18:00 time frame.

Don't know why it is weaker today other than the solar wind swinging
reversed against the earths magnetic field a few times over this last
hour.
