Default Shortwave Radio

(always staying on topic here,as usual :{) My brother in law owns at
least one old Shortwave Radio that I know of.He has a nice big two story
wooden shed (they call it The Barn) that he had some folks build in his
back yard about twenty something years ago.I have seen that Shortwave
Radio in his workshop in his shed several times before but I don't think
he ever uses it,he has another modern day regular AM/FM Radio in his
shed for listening to Country Music. He and his wife (my next oldest
sister, she is four years older than I am) own a lot of very nice old
antiques and they are not the sort of people who buy junk either.I have
never asked him about that Radio before because he doesn't buy old
things to get rid of later on.Next time I am over there,I might ask him
what brand name of the radio it is.I think it dates back to the 1950's
or 1960's,I know for sure it is nice looking old Shortwave Radio,he
probally bought it at an auction many years ago.I won't ask him if he
wants to get rid of that Radio,it is his Radio and that is that.
