Default Radios and AM Sync Detection

I want to take this time to thank all of you who provided me with good and
sincere feedback on the different radios. I might lean toward a 7600GR
simply for cost. I currently have the Grundig YB-400PE but would really
like sync detection. If anyone wants to possibly trade radios or some such,
please write to me off of the group.

I am not going to post or read further on this news group, at least for a
while, because of the way things seem to deteriorate in terms of
conversation. I don't know exactly why it has to turn into the ridiculous
thread it did but I need no part of it. I simply wanted honest answers and
thoughts.

If this little stuff bothers you it's better that you go home to bed. There
was actually good SW answers intermingled with the really good insults and
such!

I watch the group for only the trash talk so could everyone please cut down
on the SW talk! No wonder culhulin left as there was not enough trash talk
to keep him interested!

BTW, if you use a sync dectector....................

Welcome to the internet... Best get used to it. You find it everywhere you
go on the cyber frontier. If you're that thin-skinned, maybe it's best you
shut your machine off and turn in your modem...

These newsgroups are the CB radio of the Internet. Moderated groups don't

Yeah, as long as one has a so called 'premium receiver'.

Just take note of the posters that contributed to the OT posts in the
thread and kill file them. You might miss some of their on-topic posts
in the future, but in the long run you won't be missing much from them.
