R. Altura in Cerro de Pasco, Peru heard 5/21 on 5014.4 kHz with a fair
signal at 11.30 UTC. Seemed to be some sort of political thing going
on because the programming was subdued and serious with talk about the
economy. Even the IDs were quiet and not as flamboyant and boisterous
as most latin stations. Heard every night since but with regular
programming including music and echo IDs. Nestled snugly between the
Solomon Islands and WWVH/BPM.
