(Australian Communications Authority) "BPL Discussion Paper". A paper copy
of the document can be obtained from the postal address of Manager, BPL
Project Team, Australian Communications Authority, PO Box 78, BELCONNEN ACT
2616 AUSTRALIA.. Or you can get it direct from
http://internet.aca.gov.au/ACAINTER....RD::pc=PC_2845 or request
it via Fax (02) 6219 5231.

It is important that Australian users of HF (Short-wave) Radio respond to
this BPL discussion paper, if no responses are received the ACA will assume
that no
one cares and the only long distance alternative to satellites will be gone.
